The Trace My Pet service will endeavour to reunite reported lost Trace My Pet dogs or cats that have a valid in date registration with their owners but cannot guarantee that a pet will be reunited with their owner. Trace My Pet are not obliged to provide a service if a pet’s registration is not valid and in date.

Some of the services included in the Trace My Pet registration, including but not limited to the Vet Helpline service and at certain times the Customer Registration and the Lost Pet Reunification service, are provided by third parties. Where this is the case any dealings between you and any third party service providers found via the Trace My Pet service, including, services, advice and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are made between you and the relevant service provider. Therefore, JRW PC Limited are not responsible in any way whatsoever or liable for any loss, claims, costs, damages, liabilities or expenses of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings with a third party service provider.
